| I got a job for the summer. I forgot to write it, but I'm moving in less than 2 weeks and CANNOT wait. I'm moving back to New Mexico for the summer, and I'm hoping to enjoy it. :) More details later.

| So my mother decided to volunteer me to make some baby booties for a friend I went to high school with, and well...I've been putting them off for about a month. The baby was born on Easter Sunday, so I figured it was about time to get my butt in gear. Now in my defense, my mother didn't tell me about the baby until about 3 weeks before the baby was born. Not my problem, but I did finish them today. Here they are...cute as a button I must say!

| I guess since things have been going pretty steady in my life I don't really have a need for blogging. Ever notice how much we complain in our blogs? Well I honestly have nothing to complain about. I spent most of my day cleaning, doing laundry...you know the weekend activities. To top it off I went to a little diner with some co-workers while they dressed in 1832 dress costumes ( I didn't, because we didn't have enough costumes for me to wear) and proceeded to look like complete idiots. Now you may ask why we did this...well this is West Greenwich, and we really don't have much to do. Afterwards we did come back to the house and roast marshmallows on the bonfire in the backyard. Man I really love my life.
On other notes, I'm going to Baton Rouge. I'm super excited!

| I am in a bit of a pickle. I don't really know what to do. So, I guess I will just get straight to the point. I bought a ticket for Scotland back in November and received an email from my friend I was staying with stating she had to cancel my trip.
Now why is this such a big deal you might ask?? Well....I was staying for 2 months, giving up my job, and just going to have fun with life. Her excuse? She stated that she was moving in with her boyfriend, renting out her flat, and traveling around Europe for the next few months. I found this incredibly offensive and irresponsible. I immediately went into a tizzy, frantically asked for my job back (which I got btw), and started coming up with a plan. I mean what else am I supposed to do.
I called the airline, informed them of my circumstances and was told all I would receive back from my canceled ticket were the taxes I paid. So now I am out of a lot of money, I'm pretty angry at my friend (who I am slowly considering not my friend, because what true friend would do this to another person), and confused about what I should do now.
Let the confusion continue. I received an email from my friend today stating that she was indeed not moving in with her bf and wants me to come on vacation. I am at a loss for words number one and two...what the hell do I do now? After all of this frantic scurrying trying to figure out what to do next, I have no idea what to do. I guess I just wanted to get all of this out in words, so I could possibly come up with a solution, but now that I write it all down...I'm more confused than ever! HELP!
